Forms that are emailed, dropped, or mailed will only be processed if ALL information/signatures and payment are complete. Payment is due upon receipt.

Program Information Grades 3-12:
Ski Bradford, in conjunction with Salisbury Parks & Rec, offers a six-week, afterschool ski and snowboard program for all interested children. This popular program, for students with varied abilities, offers lessons, open skiing/ snowboarding, and rental packages with varying fees. Parents will be responsible for transporting their child(ren) to Bradford Ski Area.
NO TRANSPORTATION will be provided.

Rentals $150

$40 LATE REGISTRATION FEE APPLIES AFTER NOVEMBER 11th
REGISTRATION REMINDERS:
- Return all forms to Salisbury Parks & Rec office (do not return the forms to your child’s school).
- The last day to make withdrawals or changes to packages is Friday, November 7, by 4:30pm. There will be no refunds or credits after that date with no exceptions. Parents are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid the loss of fees at a later date. Regular cancelation fee rates apply to any withdrawals made through November 7.
