Come play Pickleball! Join us for casual and non-competitive open play. Various ability levels welcome, though players should know rules and have some familiarity with the game. 


Pre-registration is REQUIRED, as no cash will be collected on the courts. Registration is per person. Open play will be facilitated by a local Pickleball Player.   ​

Please bring a good attitude, a paddle, LOTS of water, and a chair. 

Parking
Parking is available at Lions Park. If this lot is full, please use the Council on Aging lot located at 49 Lafayette Street and follow the path to walk up to the courts.

Cancellation Policy
​Cancellation on rainy days will not be announced, but instead will be based on the commonsense rule. When the courts are wet - No play.

​Single Play:  $5 Resident / $10 Non-Resident 
NO PAYMENTS ARE TO BE MADE AT COURT
Single Day payments are to be made AHEAD online and/or in person ahead of time at Town Hall *please reach out for staff availability.

Season members will receive a silicon wrist bracelet that will identify you as "PAID" for the season. Single Day will have & show proof of payment on his/her mobile device.

Open Play Guidelines:
 NOTE:  People arriving early (8:30 AM) will assist in setting up all nets. Games begin @ 9:00 AM
                Games will end at 11:30 AM allowing time to take down the nets and store them in the storage box.

 Come anytime between 8:30 and 11:30 AM and leave anytime.                   
 Courts must be totally cleared by 12:00 noon.
  • Check in with the Open Play attendant.  
  • Paddles are placed in queue (PLEASE pay attention to when your paddle is called)
  • Games will be played to score of 11, and a win by 1 point only.
  • Winners stay on for a second game but must split to play with a new player.
  • Loser’s will leave the court and place their name at the end of the queue, announcing that the next 2 players are needed on Court #? 
  • Winners can only play 2 games in a row and must leave the court to put names in line after 2nd game. Therefore there will be 3 people leaving the court, and they will announce to the next 3 players in the queue to go to Court #? 
  • When leaving the court, names are placed at the end of the queue with winner's name placed at end of queue first and then losers' names after.
 NOTE:  Players leaving the courts when all games are over must take down the nets and place them in the storage box. ​​
